What is BEAUTY and why people have different opinion on that?

Some said that beauty is a subjective matter and others said the beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I really curious when most people said that Giselle Bunchen (just an example) very beautiful but for me she not that beautiful.
Is there any scientific research on this matter? I once heard that people with symmetrical face (like a mirror at the centre) is considered very beautiful.
I don’t think Gisele Bundchen is really THAT beautiful too lol,but i don’t think anyone has truly an exact symmetrical face or you have to have a symmetrical face to be beautiful,to me its just bullsh**.
You and me are totally examples of “beaut is in the eye of the beholder”, you think Giselle is beautiful but I found her to be unattractive. I think Gemma Ward is the most beautiful. But obviously because beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
